Prices

Delivery Issues

Unless otherwise specified, shipment of products shall be FOB Legacy Equipments warehouse.

Customers must address damage, loss, or delay claims directly with the shipping carrier.

The Company shall not be liable for carrier delays, freight damage, or customer-caused shipment delays.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer or designated carrier once products leave our warehouse under FOB shipment terms.

Order Cancellation

Orders accepted by Legacy Equipments may not be changed or cancelled without written approval.

A handling fee equal to the greater of $25 or fifteen percent (15%) of the merchandise value may apply to approved cancellations or changes.

If replacement items are unavailable, customers may receive:

Dropship Requests

Where a customer requests shipment to a third party, both the customer and recipient agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Conflicting Terms

All orders accepted by Legacy Equipments are subject exclusively to these TCUS.

Customer purchase terms conflicting with these conditions shall not apply unless approved in writing by the Company.

Confirmation

Use of the Site or acceptance of products constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Purchase Money Security Interest

Upon delivery and acceptance of products, customers grant Legacy Equipments a continuing purchase money security interest in products and related proceeds until payment obligations are satisfied.

Customers agree to cooperate in executing documents necessary to protect such interest as permitted by applicable law.

Patents

Legacy Equipments makes no representations regarding intellectual property rights associated with products offered for sale on the Site.
